Questions studios ask
Do I have to leave Booksy, Fresha, Momence or Mindbody?
No. Your site sends people to the booking page you already use. New clients who book through your own link also skip the marketplace new-client fees that Booksy Boost and the Fresha marketplace charge.
When do I pay?
Your demo is free. If you want it built, the first instalment starts the work. The second is due when your site is live and you've approved it, then ten monthly. Pay in full and save 10%.
What if I don't like the finished site?
Two rounds of changes are included before launch. If you still don't want to approve it, you get your first payment back and owe nothing more.
Do I see how the site is doing?
Yes. Every site comes with a private dashboard of your visits. It works without cookies, so your site needs no cookie banner. Signature and Flagship also count calls, booking clicks and enquiries, give you Google Search Console, and send a short monthly email with the numbers.
Will people find me on Google?
We set up or tidy your Google Business Profile, submit your site to Google, add the business details search engines read, and list you on Apple Maps and Bing. Nobody can honestly promise the top spot: local results depend on distance, reviews and how complete your profile is, so you also get a simple QR card that asks happy clients for a review.
Why not a £99 template, or an agency?
A template gets you a page you set up yourself, built for nobody in particular. Agencies usually quote several thousand pounds up front. Overscroll Digital sits in between: a site designed around how your studio books, live in 7 to 10 days, paid monthly.
Who owns the domain and the site?
Your domain is in your name from your first payment. The site itself becomes yours when the last instalment is paid, or straight away if you pay in full.
What's the minimum term?
12 months. After that you choose: Hosting (£19 a month) keeps your site online, Care (£39) adds small changes, a monthly Google post and a monthly report, or you take your site files and host them anywhere you like.
What happens if a payment fails?
You'll get a reminder and the payment is retried. If an instalment is more than 15 days late, the site is paused until it's paid. Your domain stays yours.
Where are you based?
Bucharest, Romania. We work remotely, on your hours and in English, and you deal directly with the people building your site. Overscroll Digital is run by SOFTWARECARAFT S.R.L., a registered company.
Can I change things after launch?
Yes. Small changes such as prices, hours, photos and wording are included and done within two working days in your first year.
Will it load fast on phones?
Yes. Pages are built to load quickly on 4G, and older phones get a lighter version without the 3D effects.
